ENTIRE McDonald's BREAKFAST MENU - American Fast Food Review | Orlando, Florida

ENTIRE McDonald’s BREAKFAST MENU – American Fast Food Review | Orlando, Florida

In January of 2019, my dad and I had a blast taking a road trip up to Orlando in partnership with Greyhound! We spent two incredible days getting a taste of what Orlando is really about by checking out the best restaurants and breweries in the city and visiting attractions that most tourists skip. We had a blast!

Follow my dad on Instagram:

Our morning started with a ride to a local McDonalds, where I spent over $50 for us to eat our way through the entire breakfast menu! It was a lot more extensive than I thought it was. Check out our reviews of every menu item!

We started with the egg white delight breakfast sandwich, which came with nice, fluffy egg whites, ham, and cheese. It was okay, but wasn’t my favorite.

Next was the sausage and egg McGriddles with American cheese. I loved the combination of the sausage, egg, and cheese. It was delicious!

Up next, we had the sausage and cheese biscuit, followed by the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, which looked incredible. The biscuit was nice and fluffy and the sandwich itself was amazing.

The sausage and egg biscuit was next. It was kind of bland. I preferred the previous biscuit more.

Next up was the hotcakes with eggs, sausage, maple syrup, and a biscuit. I like to get some of the hotcakes with the eggs, sausage, and syrup. The hotcakes were so fluffy and they go so well with everything else. They’re also really filling!

Our next item was the steak, egg, and cheese bagel, which I passed on and gave to another customer. We moved on to the classic Egg McMuffin with ham and cheese. We both loved it, but by that point I was starting to get full!

Next was the egg biscuit with cheese, which had a fluffy but dry biscuit, but the sandwich overall was great. We followed that with the sausage and egg burrito, which I didn’t personally care for, and then moved on to the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, which was decent, but I think it needed some maple syrup to make it better.

The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was up next. I also wasn’t crazy about that one, but then we went for the hash browns, which are always great no matter where you get them in the world. They’re always crispy, flavorful, and really well done overall.

I gave away our egg biscuit to a customer and we moved on to our last item, the bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddles. The hotcake bread was great, but I didn’t like the bacon in it.

To finish up, I went back to my personal favorite, the hotcakes! Because we only took a bite or two out of everything, we gave the rest of our breakfast away to some hungry customers so it wouldn’t go to waste.

Overall, the menu is hit-or-miss. There are some great items and some not-so-great ones, but I also think the menu itself is too large and it’s easy to become overwhelmed with all of the options if you don’t know what you’re looking for. My recommendation: go with the hotcakes with egg, sausage, and a biscuit, which never disappoint! The coffee is also nice and strong and the hash browns and Egg McMuffin are really great choices as well.

I hope you guys loved this video of us eating our way through the entire McDonald’s breakfast menu! If you did, please give it a thumbs up and leave me a comment below. Also, please subscribe to my channel if you haven’t already so you don’t miss out on any of my upcoming food and travel videos!

As Orlando residents we like to get out and explore all the wonderful things this cit has to offer. One of the great things about Orlando is the food! We found this place on a whim, Metro Diner, and it got its start right here in Orlando, now there are a few chains scattered around the US and Orlando area. I recommend the chicken and waffles, its amazing followed by the Biscuits Gravy. Next time your in town try this place you will not be disappointed.

Next up we tried out hand again at brewing some home brew craft beer. Gary had gotten this kit as a gift for Christmas and we could not wait to try it out. A little more involved then some past kits but were hoping that this one delivers on flavor. With a name like Caribou Slobber, Im not sure how it couldn’t. Keep an eye out for future videos involving bottling and then the final product tasting!

Hope you enjoyed hanging out with us. If there are any ideas you have for future videos leave them in the comments below, or maybe you have a home craft beer you enjoyed making? Until next time!

Italian Breakfast in Milan, Italy

Italian Breakfast in Milan, Italy

Recently we’ve spent over a month in England and Ireland. For breakfast, on a typical day, we’ve been eating the likes of eggs, sausages, bacon, and fried potatoes. It’s basically been an all-star assortment of savory types of items washed down with tea. Now that we’ve found ourselves in Milan, Italy it’s a whole other story. After consulting with some locals and doing a bit of research online, we’ve realized Italian breakfast is a sweet affair. Coffee or cappuccino paired with something sweet (pastries, cakes, breads, jams) is what a local would have more often than not. With this in mind we visited a cafe recommended by a friend to sample some sweet Italian breakfast.

Italian Breakfast in Milan, Italy Travel Video Transcript:

Well good morning from Milano, Italia. We are here in Italy. It is our first day, so we have gone in search of the Italian breakfast. Now we weren’t entirely sure what an Italian breakfast looks like so we did a bit of research and asked around and apparently it is just a coffee and anything sweet. So that could be pastries, bread with jam, cake or cookies. So we’ve sat down at a little cafe and we’re going to have our first Italian breakfast.

So my beverage of choice today is the cappuccino because it is a very cold day. And why not have some frothy coffee. It’s a cold day. When is fifteen degrees considered cold? Look at the way I’m dressed. I’m cold okay?

Ooh, that is nice. Excellent cappuccino. Nice and rich and frothy? Mmmm.

Indeed. Wanna try some?

So this breakfast reminds me a bit of breakfast in France and also in Argentina. A sweet way to start the day and I have to say it is a quite a huge contrast and change from what we were used to in England and Ireland where we were having full savory breakfasts. With eggs and sausages and mushrooms. Lower calories and a lot sweeter.

And this pastry here I’ve selected, I honestly don’t really know what it is. What made me select it was that I saw walnut bits. And hey, I’m a huge fan of walnuts so I don’t know what is inside. It looks like it might be apple. Let’s find out.

I thought it was going to be prunes. Mmmm.

No, no no. That is like pecan pie. That’s pecan filling inside. Let’s see the inside. Oh wow!

That is so delicious.

Oh, it’s like having pecan pie.

Pie for breakfast. He’s a happy boy.

And what do you have over there?

Well, this is the pastry I chose. It is a little twisty one with chocolate chips.

That is really good. It is very buttery and flaky. And you just can’t go wrong with chocolate chips this early in the morning. I’m a fan.

So we’re going to be here for a week in the Lombardy region and I can’t wait to try as much Italian food as possible. It’s one of my favorite cuisines.

And last but not least, price point? Well, this delicious breakfast for two came to five Euros and that included two cappuccinos and two pastries. So not an expensive way to start the day.

Yeah, talk about value. Mmmmhhmmm.

This is part of our Travel in Italy series. We’re making a series of videos showcasing Italian culture, Italian arts, Italian foods, Italian religion, Italian cuisine and Italian people.

Tim Hortons Inc. (known internationally as Tim Horton’s Cafe and Bake Shop) is a Canadian multinational fast casual restaurant known for its coffee and doughnuts. It is also Canada’s largest fast food service with over 3,000 stores nationwide. It was founded in 1964 in Hamilton, Ontario, by Canadian hockey player Tim Horton and Jim Charade, after an initial venture in hamburger restaurants. In 1967, Horton partnered with investor Ron Joyce, who assumed control over operations after Tim Horton died in 1974, and expanded the chain into a multi-million dollar franchise. Charade left the organization in 1966 and briefly returned in 1970 and 1993 through 1996.
Tim Hortons franchises spread rapidly and eventually overtook McDonald’s as Canada’s largest food service operator. The company opened twice as many Canadian outlets as McDonald’s and system-wide sales also surpassed those of McDonald’s Canadian operations as of 2002. The chain accounted for 22.6% of all fast food industry revenues in Canada in 2005. Tim Hortons commands 76% of the Canadian market for baked goods (based on the number of customers served) and holds 62% of the Canadian coffee market (compared to Starbucks, in the number two position, at 7%).
In November 2010, Tim Hortons extended Interac debit payment system acceptance to most of its stores. The company previously began accepting Interac in its stores in Western Canada in 2003 and, later, MasterCard and MasterCard PayPass across most of its stores in 2007. The company often indicated the delay of broader or wider electronic payment acceptance was to “ensure speed of service.” In 2012, Tim Hortons began accepting Visa cards, and in 2013, began accepting American Express cards.
